Higher or Lower: trust your next guess

Higher or Lower is a quick card guessing game for two or more players. It uses independent random card ranks rather than a question bank or a finite deck.

How to play Higher or Lower

Look at the current card, then choose whether the next rank will be higher or lower. Ace counts as 1, followed by 2 through 10, Jack, Queen and King. Each draw is independent, so a rank can appear again.

Points and ties

Every correct guess earns 1 point. An equal card is a tie and lets you guess again without losing the turn. A wrong guess ends the turn, but points already earned remain on your scoreboard.

End your turn

Use End turn on a shared phone or Bank points / end turn in a linked party when you want to hand over. There is no extra bonus for continuing, and no money or wager is required to play.

Play with friends

Add your players on one device or join the same live room from separate phones. A TV can show the card and leaderboard while the active player makes their choice on their phone.
